Yes! Yoga is amazing! I am going through alot in my life right now and yoga is really helping me. I do lots of different workouts...have for a long time...I still do cardio because I need it as well...(I get the endorphin rush...and I like to eat!) But yoga has become a very necessary part of my day. I feel it if I miss even a day. It is helping aches and pains that have become increasingly worse as I have gotten older (not even that old! 37!) I was having problems with my neck, back, and shoulders. Now, things have much improved and I have only been practicing regularly for a couple of weeks... I have seen more improvement in my upper body strength, core definition, and inches lost than with any other workout I have done. I am completely sold on yoga... My family thinks I am obsessed (but in the good way!)
