Food- Good, stayed well within calorie range (1800) but I still need to work on food choices, more fruits and veggies and less carbs
Exercise- 30 min treadmill, still not feeling well
Water- 140 oz still not able to drink milk.

Food- Good, stayed OP fairly well, had about 6 oz of juice, that may have put me over a bit
Exercise- No, the congestion just get unbearable sometimes and there is no way!
Water- 110 oz
Food- Why do I do this to myself! I was having a great day, on track to be almost perfectly OP, and then I binged at dinner! I didn't mean to, but I started eating and kept going till it was gone! I ate my leftovers from going out the previous day, so it was not even healthy food!
Exercise- 5K on treadmill
Water- 120 oz
do not knock your self out. so you had a bad meal, shake off and start up again. it was one meal only!!!do not let it carry on then it will be harder to stay focused!! You have been doing great!!
Nic... you may have had a momentary slip up on the food, but it is only one meal. And, besides... you still kicked butt on exercise and water. The day was by no means a complete loss no matter how you look at it... period. I consider each day that I either eat OP or workout OP a triumph... seriously, because for years I didn't do either, ever... and if I do both, well that's stellar.
Hang in there chick... you have got the goods to do this! I know you do!

Food- Very good! Stayed slightly under 1800 for the day

Food- Very good calorie wise not so good on fruits and veggies
Exercise- 30 minutes treadmill (trying to start runnning again) 40 minutes toning
Water- 128 oz
This is by far the best day I have had in a long time!
Great JOB!!! It sure feels good doesn't it?? take one day at a time and start fresh tomorow. you made it one full day now go for 2 after a few good days it does get easier!!

Food- Good, had a couple of cookies before bed, but they were actually OP
Exercise- 1 hr on treadmill, no running, but keeping my HR up
Water- 128 oz

Food- Horrible I let no loss on my WI, really affect my eating
Water- 64 oz, between stuffing my face and sleeping, no time for water!
Exercise- None
This was a truly horrible day!

Food- Pretty good, very proud, since this is still my weekend
Exercise- 30 minutes exercise bike
Water- 110 oz

Food- Did really good through breakfast and lunch, but screwed up at dinner, I just kept eating
Exercise- None, my joints were aching really badly all day, and nothing seemed to help
Water- 100 oz

What a great day!
Food- 1600 calories! The first time since I started this! Still need to work on the veggie thing, but that will come in time I guess!
Exercise- 5K in about 50 minutes and 20 minutes of toning
Water- 128 oz

Another great day!
Food- Only a little over 1600...Ok I admit it! It was exactly 1 Oreo over 1600! For some reason when I have cookies, I always have to have 2! At least 2 is better then the 4 or 5 I used to "have" to have!
Exercise- 5K on my treadmill and 20 minutes of toning

I also have to thank this list! If it wasn't for ya'll, I would have given in to the birthday cake monster! It was offered to me, and it was my favorite, white cake with fluffy white icing, but I said NO. Then for the last 2 hrs of my shift, I was alone, with the cake and let me tell you it was calling me, very loudly! I always seem to have way less will power when I am alone! But I survived, I beat the cake monster, and I have all of you to thank for it! This list is the greatest. Thank you all for your support!
