I started Phase1 yesterday and now last night and today I have the runs:o All those veggies!! Anyway to lessen it? Will it get better? Thanks!

Hi sprinkles, I'm not to sure how to lessen that problem as I have never been bothered by it but I know it will get better as your body adjusts. Good luck and be sure to keep us posted on your success

It's definitely your body adjusting to your new WOE... Give it a few days, it'll get better. Make sure to drink enough water.

Hang in there... the first week 5 days or so is the hardest, but it is SO worth it.

Same thing happened to me the next day after starting Ph1 the first time. Be thankful! Don't change too much because a lot of people get stopped up on Ph1.

Are you eating a lot of no-calorie sweeteners? That stuff goes right through me. Vegetables shouldn't, really, because they have a lot of fiber.

Stick with it!

As far as your question, I really wouldn't worry about it unless it continues for several days. It may just be your body adjusting to this new way of eating. Just be sure to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, and make sure to keep eating a balanced diet of protein, legumes, and dairy along with all those veggies. ;)

Thank you! My little problem has gotten MUCH better! I have been on PhaseI for 6 days and have lost 8lbs! Very excited!:D
