I posted this on Thursday and came to update it and didn't see mine so here I go again: I already have a specific exercise regimen in place so my minutes reflect me doing all of these: walk treadmill 30 min 5x a week Mon-Fri;lift weights upper body Tu-Th-SA; abs 5x a week; Pilates/dance off -weekends but would like to fit it in my lunch break when I am finishing my painting.

Goal: do all of that above. It averages out 60 minutes per day.

November 1: 65 minutes
2:50 minutes
3:180 minutes (this is Saturday, I usually do more!)

Hmm...

Since I'm really just trying to get started on the exercise thing...I'll make my goal 300 minutes for the month. Of course I plan to do more...but this way I can get myself acclimated to it. :) Oh, and of course this is starting today since I just saw this thread. :)
