haha...I'm going to be a poor college student: jeans, t-shirt, tennis shoes and empty wallet!

A pirate wench!+candy passer-outter. I spent a chunk of my paycheck on my costume and i have to work that night >_<... but I'm going to wear that costume all day. I'm so posting a pic of me in my costume as soon as I get them.

Hester Prynne.

A little odd, but my other costume idea involved a kilt, and I couldn't find one.

I will be driving the tennis run in the evening but in the morning for the school parade Miss Dixie will be dressed as a Bee and my son will be a Bee keeper :)

A dust bunny!
Sweats with pieces of pillow stuffing glued to it, and bunny ears.

A mother of an infant and toddler...so whatever I happen to be wearing will be just fine because I'm lucky if I can manage to get my kids' costumes on!

ETA: But I'm impressed by all of your costumes! I just got a sewing machine and I'm tackling small projects, but maybe next year I can make something creative.

I'll be the one at the door handing out candy. My husband takes the kids out every year. I'd rather stay home and see all the costumes come to my door.

Halloween (or "Freak Fest" as it's called now that you have to buy tickets for it) happens on Saturday around here.

You know those child stars, all end up with drinking problems or something ;)

I'm dressing up as a BIG baby! The kids at the daycare have been getting a real kick out of hearing what I'll be this year, it sounds like it will be my best costume yet:D

50-year-old! (did I really admit that publicly? :o )Having a Halloween birthday really gets old - LOL.
I will be a cat this year. I do love working in a school district. The kids really appreciate it when you dress up!

A mummy!! Since I am the pharmacy gal here, I get rolled gauze CHEAP. I'm dipping it in tea to make it brownish, using black and green for eye make-up, gray face, etc.

I love Halloween and we have a party at the pharmacy every year. I've gotten the pharmacy all decked out and customers actually come in that day just to see how we're dressed up!

Have a safe and Happy Halloween everyone!! :haphal: :ghost:

a geisha! I just decided last week to dress up and had to rush last night to get the costume finished last night. But, it's done and I'm having a great time being dressed up! I'll post pics when we take them at lunch.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm dressed as. Someone said Rocky horror Picture Show meets Dracula LOL. I'll post pics later :)

We already did our dress up for a party last weekend. I was the "orginial" gangster and DH was a "hip hop" gangster (he was specifically emulating one of our friends!). I'll post pictures tomorrow :)

Oh Miss Dixie is so cute! Most years, we dress up Bubba (my pug...I'll try to attach a picture). This year he had his alien costume on, but in the past he's been a ladybug, a riverboat gambler and a chinese emperor. Remarkably, he doesn't mind at all...he doesn't fight me when I put the outfit on and sometimes jumps and yipes when he sees me get the costumes out! (I know he doesn't look like he likes it in this picture haha).
