Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Pomegranate ideas?

Hi all, I need some suggestions.

I LOVE pomegranate seeds, and I'm so glad they're back in the stores. That said, I need some new things to do with them!

Typically I just take the seeds out and eat them plain, or I throw them into a salad for some sweetness.

What else can I do with them?

I wish I could afford them, I love them :) I just eat them plain because they are soooo good to eat plain.

For cooking, I've used pomegranate "syrup" to make fesenjoon which is sooooo good :)

I eat 'em plain. I ADORE poms!

Another person who eats them plain. I opened one two days ago and still have a few arils- so I went and got some to eat as I type. Soooooo good.
