First weigh in since rejoining ww and I lost 6.5lb this is the most i have ever lost in any one weigh in.

aw cooool. highest ive seen is about 4lbs but that was 2weeks of not weighing, ive never gone longer than that

well done, i cant stay off the scales its a propper addiction, but in a way i think it keeps me focussed.....anyway well done.

That is wonderfull I don't think I have ever seen over 2.5lbs in a week. I am generaly the turtle 1lb a week lol. You are doing so good. Keep going.
