I am Planning my eating for tomarrow to see if that helps! I have been off for too long!

Feel free also to join the 'What I Ate - Week of <date>' thread that LBH starts. It's usually just the two of us journalling there, though LBH has been absent the past few days. LBH does points; I just record what I ate.

The topic is usually up toward the top of the board since I tend to post to it daily.
