As I said, only you guys would understand my joy.

I hit paydirt again this morning!!!!!
You really have no idea how exciting this is for me. Atkins really really messed me up and I was regular before beginning that diet. As a result, I was terrified I would have the same problem with SBD, but NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who knows, maybe my body is setting up a regular system of morning poop parties. I'm must glad I am invited!

Sabby, with all the good fiber and fluids, you shouldn't have that problem from now on. I only had a touch of it in Ph1, but things are going very "smoothly" since!

glad it "all came out ok"...lol!
I have to say, I almost seem MORE regular so far than I was before. But I am also only 5 days into it.

Fave, I'm with you. With my old "diet" (aka 5,000,000 simple carbs and NO veggies), I had terrible IBS and visits to the powder room were uncomfortable, to say the least! Things are much better now that I'm on such a healthy plan!
