YAY!!!! for me...... I ate really good today.... 1573 calories.... yay. and I did 1/2 hour on the tredmill, 10 min on the bike, and weight machines. I didnt drink enough water. But I did it..... I am so excited..... :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::c arrot:

It's hard, but it gets easier once it becomes a habit. At least, that's what everyone here tells me, and I figure they know better than anyone.
