Yesterday I had: B: 1/2 cup Oatmeal with blueberries and tbl walnuts, milk Snack: Apple sprinkled with cinnamon Lunch: cup of homemade turkey chili and wasacrisp cracker Dinner: 1/3 cup Quinoa, Baked Tilapia fillet with steamed zucchini and summer squash blend- Lemon slice and rosemary. Today, Monday, so far, I've had: B - rolled oats w/protein powder L - Kashi Sweet/Sour chicken frozen entree That's all for now - will fill in the rest later!
