100 lb. Club - Am I totally off my rocker or what?????

Okay girls, now I'm not counting calories religiously, because I've found I pretty much stay full all the time with all the healthy stuff I'm eating. Out of curiosity, I did go on fitday and had it add up the cals for three days, and the range is falling between 1300-1500. Now I just eat til I'm full, but keep in mind my house is full of fresh fruits, veggies, hummus, etc GOOD stuff but low cal, so getting full is not hard. But if I'm too low on cals, I just can't eat anymore LOL cause I'm full hahaha. Is this too little? Or given how I'm eating, should I worry about that?

If you're full, I would say it's fine. Your body will tell you if you're not eating enough.

Hey! That seems to me to be a good range for weight loss, depending on your age and activity level.

Off you're rocker? Not even a little bit. You're full and satisfied, you're eating healthy foods, and 1300-1500 calories is a perfectly "normal" calorie range. Keep at it. You're doing great!!!
