I skipped weigh-in last week, so my loss is for both weeks, but I'm still quite excited.
Down eight pounds! One more pound to go and I will officially be "overweight" instead of "obese!" Can't wait for that to happen!

I am starting at 262. Hopefully one week from Wed. I can post a loss! Looking forward to October 31.....for my first official weigh in.

I am posting a 2 week loss, too, because I was gone last week. But, mine is not quite as impressive!
I am very happy with my 2.8 pound loss though!

207 down 2lbs. Next week should be a really good week since no more TOM. Did really good over the weekend but hubby took me to a rib place yesterday to eat, that was the only thing I ate all day. Hopefully the extra 2lbs is water retention from all the sodium.

I am down to 283, though it's been fluctuating between 285 and 282 the last few days. Monday is my official weigh-in, though, so 283 it is. That's a drastic drop (9 pounds) from last week, but that's normal for me when I first start counting calories again. The first couple weeks I have a "whoosh" and then I settle in for the one-pound-a-week long haul.

I'm down only 0.6 lb today but I'm still having tremendous water retention issues. I have started a water/cranberry regimen and am hoping to see this fluid come off. I'm still glad for the REDUCTION on the scale even if it is small. I stayed on plan and exercised all but 1 day last week.... I will get there. :D

And thanks, Diane, for the attagirl. And great work on losing while on vacation. That is the toughest time to lose or even maintain weight, IMHO.

Scale says 259.4 this morning.
That makes me down 3.2 pounds since starting this thing less than a week ago. I know a lot of it is water, but still, I'll take it!

It looks like everyone is doing well this week - congrats to all! I started the week off with a bang, working program really well, and as the week wore on started slipping here and there. Still, I had a good result - 6 lbs off this week. I know it was primarily water loss, last night alone I got up three tmes in the night to go to the bathroom, something I never do. Still, you have to get the water weight off in order to start working on the fat weight, right? After staying stuck last week, I'm happy to be making forward progress.

Lost the 1 lb. I gained last week. So I'm back to my ticker weight.

This loss is for 2 weeks as I was in FL for a few weeks. When I got home last Wednesday I found I had gained 1 lb while on my trip which was amazing as much as we ate out. However, I believe that using my WW Flex pts helped me so that I only gained the 1 lb. Upon my retun home I tweaked my food plan to basiclly use the SBD along with my WW Flex Plan. I am excited and happy to say that I have not only lost the 1 lb gained, but I also had an additional 4 lb loss this week making a 5 lb total loss for the week. Yeah!!!
I can't take credit for this idea as I got it off SBD site here at th3 Fat chick website. I am just thankful to find that it worked for someone else and it is working for me now.

Im still at 207, same as last week. @nd week of not meeting my goals. I really wanted to be below 200 by now. I can tell my pants are alot looser now so Im losing inches but my Dr doesnt care about that. I have to be under 200 by nov. 8.
