Good job LaurieDawn! Wow!
I am posting a 2 week loss, too, because I was gone last week. But, mine is not quite as impressive!
I am very happy with my 2.8 pound loss though!
207 down 2lbs. Next week should be a really good week since no more TOM. Did really good over the weekend but hubby took me to a rib place yesterday to eat, that was the only thing I ate all day. Hopefully the extra 2lbs is water retention from all the sodium.
I am down to 283, though it's been fluctuating between 285 and 282 the last few days. Monday is my official weigh-in, though, so 283 it is. That's a drastic drop (9 pounds) from last week, but that's normal for me when I first start counting calories again. The first couple weeks I have a "whoosh" and then I settle in for the one-pound-a-week long haul.
I'm down only 0.6 lb today but I'm still having tremendous water retention issues. I have started a water/cranberry regimen and am hoping to see this fluid come off. I'm still glad for the REDUCTION on the scale even if it is small. I stayed on plan and exercised all but 1 day last week.... I will get there.
It looks like everyone is doing well this week - congrats to all! I started the week off with a bang, working program really well, and as the week wore on started slipping here and there. Still, I had a good result - 6 lbs off this week. I know it was primarily water loss, last night alone I got up three tmes in the night to go to the bathroom, something I never do. Still, you have to get the water weight off in order to start working on the fat weight, right? After staying stuck last week, I'm happy to be making forward progress.
