I just realized that I have lost 25 pounds and my daughter WEIGHS 25 pounds!! That is so incredible to me! So when I pick her up and carry her, THAT is what I used to weigh. I cannot go very far carrying her, either, without getting worn out. And I certainly cannot carry her up and down stairs (I have totally wrecked knees). NO WONDER I was so tired and could not go up and down stairs!!! I am just so thrilled, I had to share :)

what an awesome daily reminder! as she grows and you shrink, you'll be able to gauge your progress ~ that's really cool

Congratulations! It's amazing when you compare it to really tangible things, huh?

That's wonderful! I would think that carrying her would count as weight training!!!

It really is mind boggling when we stop and think of all the added and unnecessary weight we've been hauling around.

Congratulations on hitting the 25 lb mark. It's a biggie. Keep up the amazing work.
