I can't believe this, but I am actually craving fruits and vegetables. I had a great lunch, but couldn't get the craving for fruit to go away. So I zipped through Chick-fil-a and ordered a large fruit bow. It tastes sooo good. A month ago that would have been a brownie!

I've also been thinking all day about going home and "roasting" some green beans and squash - who is this person in my jeans???

Yes! Thats is one of my absolute FAVORITE feelings, because it says to me, deep down, that something has CHANGED.

I also crave fruit now, and veggies. I get most excited about the VEGETABLE portion of my meals. It really is amazing to watch ourselves shift and grow into people we never thought we could be.

The first time I realized this was one my favorite NSVs - right up there with WANTING to exercise. WAY TO GO on retraining your taste buds to like fresh, healthy foods!

Oh that's an NSV all right, which in turn will be a big SV - a scale victory all its own.

But really, when you start to crave the healthy foods, it's such a huge victory - and a relief - and a blessing. I'm so happy for you!!!! :)

Isn't it incredible?!?! Way to go! I find myself craving roasted asparagas....I can't get enough of it!

I'm so glad for you! I don't think I've CRAVED veggies yet...hmmmm.....
BUT, I DON'T crave the sweets anymore! Or french fries for that matter! Doesn't bother me at all not to have them! That roasted asparagus does sound yummy though! What's the best way to roast it?
