You gals remember my other posts recently. I'm depressed, and all that terrible stuff. You guys encouraged me to take it one decision at a time and that's what I have been doing. I've been drinking more water (not nearly as much as needed) and have been trying to move more. Today I did this crazy Richard Simmons DvD I have. I have never been able to finish it. I usually do 4 or 5 songs. Well, today I got to song two and hubby called and interrupted me. about 5 minutes later, I was back at it. I finished the WHOLE THING for the first time EVER. :carrot:

I know I had that rest while I was talking to hubby on the phone but I DID IT. I was all sweaty and red faced but it was done! I looked at the back of the DVD box to find that this was a 50 minute workout. Wow!

I'm sitting here drinking water and feeling like maybe I can do this? Maybe not? We will see but maybe I am getting back on track now. Just had to share~

Good for you. I know learning the moves and finishing a dvd is a HUGE accomplishment. Be Proud!!

Way to go! Congratulations on finishing that video....it would've been so easy for you to quit after your husband called because you lost your momentum or whatever, but you didn't, you hopped right back in there! Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Yes, you can do this! Take a look around here at everyone who is doing this.......they are no different from you. Congratulations on making it through your workout! This is just one of the first steps to your marvelous journey.

Doing the workout is huge! You should be very proud of yourself. Dwell on the good things you are doing and keep telling yourself YOU CAN! No negative thoughts - they are useless :)

omgosh there's no "maybe not" about it! you did it! yay! that's all it takes my dear, DOING IT.... just once! it'll give you the push to do it the 2nd time :D yay!

I'm thinking of alternating. One day Richard Simmons and the next day either the Plus-Size Yoga DVD or the Walk Away the Pounds DVD. I wonder if that would work better than doing the same thing every day. I think that the tae-Bo looks fun but I don't think I am fit enough for that yet :-)

Hey! You're doing great! :cp:

It's always good to have variety, I think! :D I'd probably do Simmons-WATP-Yoga in that order.

Tae Bo is quite vigorous--and be sure you do the intro first, so you learn the right way to punch and kick. There really is a technique to be learned.
