Does this seem like the right plan? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi all,

I am on plan 3 right now, with over 120lbs to lose. How does this compare to the old colored plans, cause it looks like, according to what has been posted on the sticky board, i should be on the red plan, but i think plan 3 is lower than that. Am i right? Could it be that i am only 24yrs old?

I am new, starting my plan today, so I can only tell you what I am on. We are similar in weight, and I am on Plan 4 with Lites. It is LOTS of food, almost too much, it seems. I am 35 years old.

Dana, That does seem like they started you on a lower plan. I would ask the counselor about it next time you go in. Being younger doesn't make them give you less food (probably the opposite). I might give it a shot though and see how you do on the plan that they put you on though, if you aren't really starving or finding that you aren't losing.
