Okay, so I've been gone for a little while now. For those of you who remember, I was training for a 1/2 marathon that was held labor day weekend. Well, I didn't run it because about 3 weeks before the 1/2 my right foot was as swollen as a hot air balloon. I went to the doctor and it turns out that I have 3 stress fractures in my foot. AGGGHHHH!!!

This has been very frustrating for me. I've been wearing a removable cast boot for about 6 weeks now. I don't go back to the doctor until the end of October and I am not even sure my foot is really healing.

I haven't been working out like I should and I have been eating like crazy, so I've decided to come back to re-focus!!! I have been using my broken foot as an excuse not to work out, when the reality is, I can go to the gym and work my arms and hop on a bike....so I just wanted to drop in and say hi and hope ya'll can give me a swift kick in the butt to get it back in gear!!
