Well this is the end of my first week, and the begining of my 2nd week and all in all i have lost 5 lbs this week!!! im dead pleased with myself!! but i have had to put down to get down to 126lbs because i worked out my BMI for my height, and because im only 5ft2 my healthy weight is 126lbs!! so that is my ultimate goal!!!
You may find your loss slows a bit after the first week or two--just so you won't be disappointed! But remember, any loss is going in the right direction!
Ok guys, so the time is here today and ive weighed myself! now to be honest i have had a kinda bad weekend because i have chip shop food for my tea saturday, a lil chocolate bar! and then i was on a night shift sat night so i have the munchies lmao!! BUT considering i had a bad weekend i still walked alot more, i made more work formyself on my shift, like walked up and down the stairs more etc!! wellll ive lost 3 lbs im dead happy
Today is monday and ive weighed myself!! Ive lost 1lb this week!! Not as much as i would have liked to but heeeeeeey its still something ANNND im out of the 220's now!! Im now 219!!!
