I went to my granddaughter's birthday party today. Her maternal grandmother, whom I hadn't seen in over a year, said "You've lost a lot of weight and you look so good." That boosted my confidence and gave me a warm feeling, especially after I've been hanging around this 50 lb. mark for a little while now. Thanks for all the support here. It helps a lot.
