Not all restaurants have their foods analyzed for nutrition content because it's a very expensive process. Have you emailed their customer support to ask if they plan to do it?
Otherwise your best bet with the salads would be to pick apart the foods and eyeball the amounts (how much chicken, how much cheese, etc) and add those up seperately using a calorie guide. Ask for the salad dressing on the side. If it's regular full fat, then it probably contains around 100 to 120 calories per 2Tbsp serving. If it's listed as low calorie, then they should be able to tell you how many calories are in each serving of the dressing (though not the salad).
