I promise to keep up this month beachie!

Goal for Oct = SOMETHING every day of this month!


October 1: 10 perfect push ups
50 ab crunches
October 2: ditto PLUS
30 minute Power Walk
October 3: ditto PLUS
40 minute Power Walk!
October 4: First time of not making Goal of doing SOMETHING/ANY Exercise in a day! ZERO!/NADA!/ZILCH! :( Plan to double it up today tho' Beachie! *insert Dancing Carrot!*
October 5: 45 minutes
October 6: 1 and 1/2 hours *insert Dancing C!*
October 7: Day of Rest (nice way of putting it!)
October 8: MEGA great work outs - 1 hour Power Walk - 1 hour lifting weights!!!!
October 9: Thought I worked out really hard-later realized I was just lifting the Vico-Bottle! LOL!
October 10: Cyber-Vico Hugs was primary exercise! LOL! :)
October 11: More Vico-Bottle Lifts!
October 12: Quite a bit of purposeful walking.
October 13: Sleeping pain pill blur - ran lots of errands but no purposeful ex.
October 14: Ran/power walked at least 30 minutes chasing Crazy Westie thru our 'Hood!
October 15: 60 minute Power Walk
October 16: Ditto on the walking - still no gym:(
October 17: 80 AWESOME minutes!! :)
October 18: 45 minute Power Walk
October 19: 60 minutes Walk
October 20: 40 minutes
October 21: 40 minutes
October 22: Just 30 minutes - MORE 2nite!
October 23: Down to 20 minutes :(
October 24: Ditto
October 25: None :(
October 26: None :(
October 27: 90 minutes! w00t!
October 28: 120+minutes@ the Y!double w00t!
October 29: 120 + minutes again w00t!
October 30: 40 minutes Power Walk
October 31: abs - p/u's & 40 minute Walk so far!
