Default two weeks post op help with stage 3
Hi everyone, I had surgery on 9/17 and feel like I am doing pretty good. I have lost 27lbs in two weeks so that is amazing. My question to you is does anyone have any good stage three recipes to keep things interesting? Thanks. Jan
