My day is Monday for my weekly weigh in. I thought for sure I'd have gained, since I slipped up quite a bit this weekend... but I'm down another pound!
Actually, according to todays scale, I'm down two pounds... but I won't count that unless it says the same thing come next Monday. I have to have an official weigh in day... it keeps me more accountable.
Talk to me, how's your progress going... isn't it nice to still be on this plan after all these weeks?
