My day is Monday for my weekly weigh in. I thought for sure I'd have gained, since I slipped up quite a bit this weekend... but I'm down another pound!

Actually, according to todays scale, I'm down two pounds... but I won't count that unless it says the same thing come next Monday. I have to have an official weigh in day... it keeps me more accountable.

Talk to me, how's your progress going... isn't it nice to still be on this plan after all these weeks?

I was weighing in Fridays but am going to TOPS on Thursday mornings now and have been using that as my official weight. It meant putting my ticker up a little since weight there is with clothes. According to my home scale I've lost this week, probably through not eating much with being sick. Not sure if I will go to TOPS tomorrow to get officially weighed, it may have to wait another week.

I haven't been following plan too well since getting sick, but hopefully that will be all over soon.

I don't know that I have an official day to weigh in. Maybe I should. Since I started Wave 1 2 days ago, I've lost 2 lbs. That's how it went last time I went through wave 1, too. I lost over 1lb per day. That was without excersize. This time I will be walking and doing pilates.
