My goals this week are:
1. Spend a half hour each day in spiritual reflection/prayer
2. Quit talking incessantly with DH about diet/plan issues (I think he is getting tired of the subject)
3. Not freak out if the scale doesn't move down every day (gotta eventually break this daily weigh-in routine)
4. Mix up my exercise even more this week - try some new dvds or a new walking path every day

My 2 goals for this week are to stick to plan and the really hard one will be to not eat past 7pm. I get home from work late and find myself grazing throughout the night. It's got to stop.
My goals for this week, are to stay on the diet. It is the TOM and I want to eat eat eat!!! I haven't done horrible, but I am afraid it is going to affect my weigh in. But I also want to exercise more. I have been exercising, but I skipped out this weekend. So I hope to get more motivated!!!!
To consistently exercise this week. I'll do it most days, and some days replace it with a full hour outside hike, but I need to make it more of a std part of my morning routine.
Everybody remember to weigh in & post your results tomorrow before 10 pm!
GOAL 1
Avoid giving in to the cravings. At some point, I'll have to have a little bit of the things I'm avoiding right now, but now is not the time. I don't want to reward myself with food once I've reached a certain weight, but I'm not ready to sensibly partake of cheesecake and Flamin' Hot Cheetos con Limon.
GOAL 2
Go to the gym at least 2 times this week. Walk around the mile-long block at work at least 3 times this week in less than 19 minutes per trip. Last week: day 1 = 23 mins, day 2 = 21 minutes, and days 3 and 4 = 19 minutes.
GOAL 3
Lastly, I need to work on my bellydance duet choreography, and start working on a solo (Yikes!). I'll just have to think of it as exercise and not as performing.
GOAL #1
NO fast food this week. I've been doing pretty good with this.. I've only allowed myself to have Wendys chili and chicken nuggets the past couple of weeks and it's been at least 4 weeks since I've had McDee's
GOAL #2
EXERCISE.. I need to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise a night and go to the gym AT LEAST one evening this week.
