Marny is right. Also make a list of your binge, trigger, foods and get rid of them. Make a list of Red (binge foods) yellow (caution...may become a binge food) and green foods (healthy foods but the ones you like to eat)
Write out a food plan for Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and ? snack. Write down whenever you break from your food plan and what you were feeling. Read package labels to find out what a "serving" is.
Find a meeting in your area, call the contact person and go. Promise! you will be glad you did.
