Default Old Red One Plan

Yesterday, the COD put DH and I both back on the old Red One plan since we have been spinning our wheels ever since the switch to the Feel Full plan. We just haven't been losing as much - and we were doing GREAT on the old plan!

Anyway, wouldn't you know it? I just threw away my old Red One plan book THIS WEEKEND!! They, of course don't have any of those books at the COD and the counselor wasn't sure about all the numbers.

We know that it was 2 1/2 P, 4FR, 4V, 2D, 2Fa, but we couldn't remember how many starches.

Can anyone who was on Red One help?

Thanks!

Hi Nicole! I'm doin' good. I have been lurking occasionally and checking in on y'all, but by the time I do that I don't have time to post. It's been really busy at work, and just when I thought I was getting to the point where I could tackle some of the piles on my desk that I've been putting off, along came another big project, so they're just going to have to wait a little longer.

Been busy at home as well, DD and I went to Calgary for the weekend and was definitely POOP there, but we had fun. Then my MIL passed away on Tuesday, so have been busy with that, as even though we are separated, I am still very close to his family.

I must run and do some work now, play time's over.

Val so sorry to hear about your loss.

Felicia I just finally got back to my COD today I tried to go thursday but they are closed on thursdays how silly is that. Anyway I talked with them at the COD because at first they didnt even say anything to me at all about the new plan until I asked if there was anything new since my last visit. She told me a little about the new plan but actually didnt even suggest that I go that route at least not right now. She said if I was not hungry on the other plan that she wouldnt change it if she was me. She started the new plan in July/Aug when it was introduced at our center and had a slight gain so she went back to the old plan. The regional manager is on the new plan but has been having great success with it. So this girl is going to try it again and keep me updated on her progress. I just dont see the logic in the new program. Would I love to have more of some things yes. But I just dont see how the new program is going to do as well even with the portion adjustments.

So I am going to stay with the old program because I KNOW it works.

Good luck on going back to the old program!
