Hello All...i've Been Running For A Couple Of Weeks Now For A Bout 1/5 Miles/day. Has Anyone Been Running Now For A While And I Just Wanted To Know What Your Results As Far As Weight Loss And How Much You Run Now So I Can Get Some Motivation. Thanks!
