LA Weight Loss - Bikini Bootcamp (Spa version) anyone?

Does anyone have the book "Bikini Bootcamp" written by the owners of the Amansala spa in Mexico? I read the book and it's a very well-balanced plan, albeit a bit time consuming on the exercise part. Anyone interested in buddying up on it?
