(that snacking gets me everytime! I also do better w/a protein based breakfast) mpinkham 01-09-2002, 04:40 PM I know what you mean, Viola. I've given up having cereal for breakfast and go with protein drinks like the ww smoothie or eggs and veggie sausage or other protein items. It really turned my weight loss around. The early morning carbs just set me off into a binging mode that sets the tone for the day while I can control my eating if I start off with protein. mpinkham 01-09-2002, 07:36 PM Wednesday Couldn't WI today. Transportation problems, but I lost between .5 and .8 according to my home scale, which I was shocked at, but very pleased. That means I made my second 10 percent and lost a total of about 35 lbs. I am now at the cusp of the 140s and only 16 lbs. from goal. I can't believe it. She gets lots of little crunches out of 1 chip. I didn't do that tonight. I also bought a scale and weighed in after dinner. I'm much heavier than I realized, so I need to quit playing around with this. I weigh 194.5 (I thought I was closer to 185) mpinkham 01-12-2002, 04:22 AM Have you considered going to meetings. I can't do this without meetings. mpinkham 01-12-2002, 04:23 AM See ya on #19 vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
