Great Viola. BTW where do you live that you got snow? I'm in New York State about an hour north of NYC and we haven't gotten any yet but they are talking about it for Sun/Mon.

I know what you mean, Viola. I've given up having cereal for breakfast and go with protein drinks like the ww smoothie or eggs and veggie sausage or other protein items. It really turned my weight loss around. The early morning carbs just set me off into a binging mode that sets the tone for the day while I can control my eating if I start off with protein.

Well, I noticed a slender friend of mine take one chip & snaps off a corner at a time & dips it. She gets lots of little crunches out of 1 chip. I didn't do that tonight.
I also bought a scale and weighed in after dinner. I'm much heavier than I realized, so I need to quit playing around with this.
I weigh 194.5 (I thought I was closer to 185)
