WW Food and Point Issues - WelshCakes..

Does anyone know the points value i couldn't find it on WW online tracker..

You may have to find a recipe and figure the points from that...or try googling/yahooing/ask.com-ing welsh cakes nutritional information.

www.allrecipes.com has nutritional information for their recipes. I looked up welsh cakes and it came to 5 pts. each. You would have to look at the recipe and see if it's similar to yours. I'll make sure I only eat one welsh cake instead of two from now on :D

Also, for other recipes, I use www.calorieking.com and put in each ingredient. you can change the serving size to tablespoons/teaspoons/cups etc. and put in fractions, like .5 cups and it gives you the nutritional info.

just looked at that again, it's 5 pts. for 2 cookies, the recipe yields 4 dozen and it says 24 servings, so that's 2 cookies per serving. Whew :D
