WW Clubs and Groups - New to the boards

Am new to the boards and am really enjoying them. I like the idea of feisty and sexy 50/60's. I really wish I had known I was going to live this long. Would have taken much better care of myself!:( Now that I do know, am tired of battling the diet yo yo. Have been doing that all my life and at, 65 am now heavier then I have ever been. It has just occurred to me that dieting may not work! Well, duhhhhhhhh!
So now the question is just how do I eat right to feel good and not just like a blob with no energy, etc. Actually, other then high blood pressure, I am in good shape (oh, yeah, and 100 pounds overweight) Other then that, in good shape.
Would love to email with people and get a support group going. I live alone and hard to keep myself motivated.

Feel free to start post with us on the feisty 50 & 60 board. We are all some where between 50 & 60. We will take you under our wing. We talk about our whole lives on the board. Not strickly weight loss. After all weight loss is life right?
