Would anyone happen to know what the points would be for bluefish? it's considered an oily fish like salmon or mackerel. It has white flesh with an outer layer (next to the skin) of dark flesh.

there's a great website someone on these forums turned me on to, I will share with you www.calorieking.com they have nutrional info for tons of items even brand names/restaurants, you don't have to sign in to search for nutrional info.

thanks for the idea about a halloween mini goal, I need something to get me back on track. I started journaling today and have been using the calorieking and my pts. finder all morning, yeeps!
