Did any of you know that 2 cups of water weighs in at 1 pound.
and that you should drink at least one gallon of water per day.
So at any time your weight could vary between 7-10 pounds depending on how much water you drank and what time of day it is.
this fact just blew my mind.......

very interesting. also did you know that if you take a gallon jug say for milk and stuff it full of fat it is equeal to 6lbs of fat? that is a great visualization tool!

This is why I weigh myself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom and before I eat. This way, I weigh as little as possible and also, it's consistent. What if you weighed yourself first thing in the am one day and then mid day or early evening the next?? It could look like you've gained due to the food in your stomach, etc...
