Anyone care to join me in journaling weekly again? I am going to be starting the 1st day on Thursday and ending on Wednesday of each week! So come on - journal with me - I find that if I write down what I eat, I do so much better! Remember - IF YOU BITE IT, WRITE IT!!!!!

worked out again today; cardio slider; 20 minutes (boy, that sure is hard!!!!, upper body with weights, tummy crunches.
