I'm on 2nd day of TO using the Ebay recipe and I have such a bad sore throat I have been drinking decaf tea with loads of lemon and a bit of honey in it. Is that ok on TO?

OK - not sure what TO is - but if you are sick you need to do what you need to feel better. I'm diabetic and I have to eat/drink differently when ill. Listen to your body - not a diet you are on - JMO

You can have unlimited tea while on TO, so it would only be the lemon and honey that could affect it, but I doubt it will affect it tremendously. It is such a minor amount that I bet it doesn't. I hope you feel better soon.
