Default It's working!!
I am soo excited! This morning I weigh 265!! That's 13 pounds so far in August and I couldn't be happier! This really is going to work! My first mini-goal is 257 because that is what I weighed after I had my daughter 2 years ago. I want to be that low again! And lower! Only 8 pounds to get to my mini goal, yay!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the little goals that keep me on track to get to the next one. And before you know it, all the little goals add up to one great big goal...

Yes, it works!! It works!!! I'm soooo glad that you've discovered this. It IS incredibly motivating to see that scale plummet. It definitely propelled me to keep on going. It sure sounds like it's doing just the same for you.

Just keep going. Keep at it. You CAN do this. You ARE doing this!
