LA Weight Loss - Lean Cuisine & HC items?

Are any of the new Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice entree items allowed in our frozen choices (ie: paninis, steamer bowls, etc) ? I don't live near a center and my fast-tracker is about a year old... Thanks, redboot

Yes, and because I am anal, I created an Excel spreadsheet with all the pertinent information in it (pertinent meaning Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fat and Sodium). That way I can sort by the type (LC or HC) and the "style" (One Dish Favorite, Comfort Classic, etc). I only included Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice because I couldn't find the information I wanted easily for Smart One's and South Beach online. If you want it, let me know and I can send it to you.
