cooked green banana and taro
Here's a challage I have a hubby from the island's who has just joined me on my weight loss thingy. And I would like to know the points for boiled green banana's and taro, picking these 2 things because they would have lower starce, being boiled that baked. Which tends to keep the starce in the vege.Maybe by boiling we will get rid of a lot cals, poured out in the water. HOPEFULLY!!! And if he really wants I will even give him the coconut cream.which I have made up for myself out of 1/2 can low fat coconut milk 2 drops of coconut essence and a little bit of cornflour and water.
When I think of the way he used to eat he is doing very well.
