I feel I am eating the same thing every day? Does anyone want to share a sample of their daily menu for Plan 2? With lites.

Every morning I have the same breakfast: 1 lite whole wheat English muffin, toasted; 1 egg, scrambled in the microwave, 1 slice fat free American cheese and 1/2 cup skim milk. (1/2P, 1D, 1S)
For AM snack, I have a lite with grapes, cantaloupe, strawberries, etc. (1F)
For lunch, I'll usually have a whole wheat pita (both halves) with 4 oz. tuna or chicken mixed with lite ranch dressing with baby carrots on the side. (1S, 1P, 1Fa, 1V)
For PM snack, I have a lite and 1 C fat free vanilla yogurt with 1/2 C raspberries and 1/2 peach mixed in. (1F, 1D) I've always loved the combination of peaches and raspberries. The addition of the yogurt makes this a real treat for me. My COD moved my evening fruit to this snack time for some reason.
Dinner is a toss-up. Every day is different. Some days, when I don't want to cook, I'll throw some cottage cheese over tomatoes and eat some raw cucumbers and ranch dressing and some melba toast crackers or Triscuits for the starch. Other days, it's a big salad with grilled chicken or salmon on top. Fish fillets are always a good choice too. I try to make something the whole family can eat together. (1P, 2V, 1Fa, 1S)
I've only been doing LAWL for about a month so I haven't played around too much with switching things up. I try to stick to the menu plan the COD recommended as far as which exchanges to eat when. It's working so I'm afraid to mess it up by doing my own thing. As I learn more and get more confident, I'm sure I'll figure out what I can do for variety. Hope this helps!

Here's Mine for the last 3 days
Breakfast: 8 oz yogurt, 3/4 C FiberOne, LA Lite (1D, 1.33S, 1Lite)
Snack: Jello, 6 Almonds (1Fat)
Lunch: SouthWestern Chicken Frozen ENtree, 2 C Salad, Lite (1P, 1S, 1V, 1Lite)
Snack: 8 oz yogurt, 3/4 C Fiberone (I Love this) 1tbs Sun Flower Seeds (1D, 1S, 1Fat)
Dinner: 5 oz Chicken Breast, 1 C Squash, 1C Cabbage, Jello (1.5P, 2V, 1Cond)
Snack: 1 Apple, (2Fruit)
Breakfast: 12 oz yogurt, 1 C fiberone (1.5D, 1.33S)
Snack: Lite, 6 Almonds (Lite, 1Fat)
Lunch: 4 oz chicken, 2 C Salad, 2 Slices Double Fiber Bread Toasted, 2 TBS FF Cream Cheese, 2 TBS Sugar Free Jam (1P, 1V, 1S, 3 Condiments)
Snack: 4 oz yogurt, .5 C FiberOne, Lite (.5D, .66S, Lite)
Dinner: Taco Salad w/ 6 oz Ground Turkey, Salad, Tomatoes, FF Sour Cream, 1.5 C Black Berries (1.5P, 1V, 1 Condiment, 2 Fruit)
Snack: Steamed Broccoli w/ ICBINB Spray (1V)
Breakfast: 10 oz yogurt, 1 C Fiber One, 6 Almonds (1.5 D, 1.33S, 1Fat)
Lunch: Same as Dinner Night Before Taco Salad, 6 oz yogurt, 1/2 C Fiber One, (1P, 1V, 1 Condiment, .5D, .66S)
Snack: Toast w/ Jam & FF CReam Cheese
Dinner: 6 oz Shrimp, 4 Brussel Sprouts, 1 C Sugar Snap Peas, 6 Almonds (1.5P, 2V, 1 Fat)
Snack: 1.5 C Black Berries (2Fruit)
Breakfast: 10 oz yogurt, 1 C FiberOne, 1 Lite (1.5D, 1.33S, Lite)
Snack: 6 Almonds (1 Fat)
Lunch: Turkey Bacon BLT w/ Mayo, 2 C Salad (1S, 1P, 1V, 1Fat)
Snack: Lite, 6 oz yogurt, 1/2 C Fiber One (.5D, .66S, Lite)
