Does it Work? - Salt Water Flush

I'm always hearing about people saying how great a Salt Water Flush works to clean out their system, has anyone on here had any experience with this?

Gah. Unless you're a clam or an oyster, this sounds not only revolting but potentially dangerous. IMO, salt water is good for gargling when your throat is sore. Other than that, leave it for the fishies!
