Default Everyone weigh in 08/17/07

Is everyone beating their weight while trying to beat the heat? Join the weekly 3FC general weigh in thread and find out. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 177.5, down 1.5 pounds from last week. A respectable loss, but still I'm disappointed with last week's crash. Some part of my brain seem to be unaccepting of the fact that I should still be losing weight. I go through phases where it seems like my will power has been literately switched off like a light switch. Ah well, at least the battle went well this week.

I am down two pounds, yep right back to where I was, so Tea leaf I can relate to you, because I tend to mess up and regain, but I feel like I am gaining some control over eating. I actually ate out about 5 times, (yeah busy week), but I was careful for the most part, (yeah I had a crab cake one day, some beer and spinach pie on another day), but I made healthy choices the rest of the time.

Well, I'm down a pound to 189....I briefly saw 188 but it didn't stick around so I guess it wasn't truly 188

I am definately down a pound this week. My scale read 149.8 this morning!!!! I am sooo happy. Of course, I'm not counting 149 because this is the first morning seeing that. So i'll just keep with 150.0. But still.....I actually saw out of the 150's!!! YESSSSSSS!!!!!!

I was 129.5, breifly 128.5 this week, but I don't think I have ever seen the 120's!!!!! Maybe in the 8th grade! I am so excited. Only .5 lb to my August goal! September goal will be 124 lb (that's reasonable I think). Have a great weekend everyone!

Congrats LUmifan4EVER for seeing the 140s! Next week it will be solid. Our stats are close right now in our journey! I'm also 5'6". But for my body, 130 would make me look anorexic. I have a large frame. You've come a long way! Keep up the good work!

Scale says 147 again. I went up several pounds this week and am just falling back down. So frustrating! I'm making tomorrow my official weigh-in.

I will weigh myself tomorrow morning. the last time i weighed myself (wed) it was 12,12 or 180lbs which is the lowest ive been since dieting but ive only even reached 180 due to being in starvation mode, or wat i think was starvation mode as i lost about 6 pounds in 2 days (probably becuase of little water and little food)...so tomorrow could be the lowest weight ive been since dieting!!!

well...in the other thread I posted that I had lost 2 lbs, but now I am down another 2 lbs....so.

I had a FOUR pound loss in the last week and a day. I'm down to 262 from 266 and it feels great!! Congratulations to everyone who lost and cheers for those who are a little stuck!! I do not look forward to the part in my weight-loss where I get stuck.

Thanks feelingrovy...I'm not sure if i am small frame or medium frame...but i just know 130 is going to leave me with a belly bigger than i want. As long as I am in losing mode, i'm going to keep going until i get where i think I like it and can maintain it. Congrats on your loss so far!!!

Sheila....girl...sometimes i envy you. I wish i could lose just 2 pounds a week. Goal would get here so much sooner!! Congrats on the awesome job your doing!!!

Lumifan....I can't wait until I am where you are!!! Even if I would be losing one pound a week!! You do awesome....even though it's not as fast as you would like...that just means that your body won't be all flabby when you are done losing. Losing slowly is the way to go...unless you're really overweight like me..then 2-5 lbs a week is pretty normal.

EDIT: (just weighed in...thought I'd be bloated today, but I wasn't!) 150.0...down 1.5 lb from last week! Which means that I get to flip over the balance scale from the "150" notch to the "100" notch! Wooo~~

Wow, another milestone post! Congrats!!

Man, I want to reply to everyone in this thread; it always cheers me up to read through this and see everyone's progress. Congrats to everyone who lost or maintained, and to those who did neither, there's always another week.

I didn't have a strong week and as a result, I didn't see much of a loss at all. I am at 251.8 which is a loss of .2 lb. Time to start a new week and really shoot for the 240's!

I weighed 152 this morning as well as yesterday morning... if I weigh 152 for one more day, I'll change my ticker.

If I'm 153, that's two pounds down from last week. If I'm 152, then I'm down three!
