Alright, so today is my weigh-in day so I figured I'd start a thread.
I weighed-in at 264 this morning....2 lbs down from last week and only 4 lbs from my second goal!! I'm gonna try my hardest to lose those 4 lbs over the next week. I would kill to be at that goal!!! Actually...I wish I would've made the goal for 250...but I"m not gonna change it now...I have plenty of time for more mini-goals.
Alright...so how are you doing? What's you're progress?
I don't "officially" weigh in until friday...but today i was at 151.0. On Monday, I actually saw 150.6. I'm hoping by Friday that I'll be back down to 150. So...no loss at the moment to talk about. Kinda of hoping i'm retaining a little bit of fluids that have me not seeing 150.something today. Monday i walked about 8 hours all over Atlanta. My boyfriend and I went to six flags but they were closed, so we went downtown and underground atlanta and just explored all day long. Soooooo much fun!!!

I've been on maintenance mode for about a month and a half and today was the first time I ever weighed myself first thing in the morning after I peed. 178.5. I not only maintained, I lost a pound and a half. Tomorrow I am back into weight loss mode, and this is all of the encouragement I needed!
Hi archy!!! Good to see you're starting up again...and GREAT to see that your maintenance went better than planned! I'm sure that pound and a half made your day!!
Everyone is doing so great.....this is awesome! I can't imagine leaving these boards...this is what I look forward to...seeing other people improve their lives and seeing myself improve my life.
Just thing everyone...we are improving the health of our bodies every single day...every healthy decision we make positively affects our body.
I was down to 191.6 from 192.8 (1.2 lbs) this morning...Exciting to see a loss after the **** week of eating last week!
