HOWDY!!! My goal is to be down to a minimum of 226.5 or better!!

.....I will post my January goals.

I'd like to lose at least 5 lbs.

I want to be doing the elliptical machine at least 3 times a week and weights at least twice a week. If I can do that for the whole month, it shouldn't be too difficult to increase the frequency.

I'd also like to get back to drinking at least 3 litres of water a day.

I don't think I'm asking too much of myself!:dizzy:

I would like to be reliably below 140 by the end of january and have my size 8 jeans loose.

My goal is to get back to my low-point on my cushion, 119lbs:) Have to try and drink more water and get back to journaling my food. AND, after next weeks WIW, I'm going to try, try really hard, to let someone in this house hide the scale until the following WIW!!!

GOALS!! hmmmmm......
Well I am going for short term myself! No real numbers right now because I have let myself down SO many times.
This month (starting today?!) I am going to drink enough water, excersise 5x a week -if possible, and get sugar free AGAIN!
I really hate for a "diet" or a scale to run my life so another goal is to weigh myself once a month-OUCH! I guess my goal is to make goals i can do! I think these are doable. Another goal would be to keep posting and leaning on you all!!!!
You know i will be posting a number goal soon enough!!! "Happy New Year" everyone!

Exercise (TM,weights, and Yoga for Golf)
stay away from all sf-products (ice cream,choc,candy,etc)
fit into my size 16 pants

stay up-to-date with this board

Boy does everyone find this as hard as I do.

My goal to going to be staying on program...andnot beat myself up if I do eat something off program.

My goal for this month is to stay focused on the WOE and hopefully loose 5 lbs.

I'm a newbie as of 01/01/02.

My goals for my first month are to eat according to SBs 90% of the time, and exercise 6 days a week. I will do the "Body for Life" free weights three days a week and cardio on the other three days; Tae Bo, ride the exercise bike, or run for 20 minutes.

I know if I can do this consistently for 21 days, it will be much easier to stick with the program.

my goal for january is to follow the 4 W's WALKING, WATER, WILLPOWER AND WISE CHOICES (stay SB legal and like laurie said above not to beat myself up when i have an indiscretion or unwise food choice)

My goal for January is to get below 195 lbs and STAY THERE. I first hit 195 at the end of September and have fluctuated between 195 and 197 ever since except for ONE DAY that I went down to 194 1/2!

I already blew it last night! The best laid plans of "mice and men".

The Schwann's man stopped by late last night. I told him I would no longer buy certain dessert items, but then my son, 12, wasn't happy with my decision. I let him pick out something I was sure I wouldn't like...famous last words. Stepped on the scale this morning and I had gained two pounds.

For me, I am totally reliant on God to get me through everything in my life. After reading a scripture in Psalms this morning, I made a vow to God that I would STOP and PRAY about anything I am about to eat or put in my mouth. I need to slow down, otherwise I find myself inhaling my food.

Today is a new day and I'm starting over. No condemnation allowed. I'm thinking positive thoughts about the rest of the day!

Thank you for letting me be honest and share truthfully.

My goals for January are to lose 5 pounds and to do the stairs in my house at least 3 times a week. That is how I exercise when it is cold. I blast the music and go up and down my stairs for 20 minutes--well 20 to start. When I get into better shape, then I do 30 or 40. :) But 20 minutes and 5 pounds for now...

And I'm hoping to end the month under 195... it would be so awesome for me. I haven't been under 200 pounds since before I got pregnant with my almost 5 year old son. It's been a loooong time.

Well, I was closer to my goal of getting down to my low part of my cushion yesterda (119) than I am today (122), but I'm still happy I stayed well within my range. Still need to work on the water!

Here's to my February goals, whatever they may be!!:D
