3/4 Cup Grated Zucchini
2 Whole Eggs
1 Tablespoon LF Sour Cream
Dash Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Grated LF Feta
1/2 Roma Tomato

Whisk together and zap in the Microwave for 3 minutes, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon grated LF Feta and thinly sliced tomato.
