Hi! I'm new to SBs as of yesterday. I'm glad I can keep track of my exercising this way!

I did the Upper Body workout of Body for Life this morning. Hadn't done it for three and half weeks. It makes a huge difference to not exercise.

Yikes!! Just got through with my first Tae Kwondo class. What a work out!! I now can feel every muscle screaming at me...My daughter warned me. I figured since I have to take her to class I would join up instead of just sitting there and waiting. One of the other moms joined too.

Walked on the treadmill this morning so I got a double wammy. Feels good though, I feel like I am accomplishing something.

Well goodnight all,

Just finished a half hour on Ellie. Whew! I even managed a 2 minute jog near the end. I'm actually not as out of shape as I thought I would be after having done no exercise for 2 weeks.

Good Morning!

Took every ounce of will power to get on the treadmill this morning. It's still really cold down here in TX. Was 23 for a low this morning at our house.

I was able to do 30 min. on the treadmill. Will try and make it more tomorrow.

Exercising greatly improves my disposition! My husband agrees.

I find that I eat healthier on the days I exercise in the morning.

Today I did the Lower Body "Body for Life" workout. I'm definitely getting stronger, which is a wonderful motivator to keep doing it.

I've been focusing on the following quote taken from the Inspiration and Encouragement Board:

"We must all suffer from one of two pains: The pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons."

Hmmm... seems a couple of us are starting at least the exercise portion of Body for Life.

Did a GRUELING BFL cardio program on the bike and 5 hours later, my quads are still feeling it! I thought I was in good shape (muscle wise):?:
