Question T-Tapps? Anyone?

Hey...

Getting to the gym now that my daughter is going back to school is going to be tricky... so I am trying to find a video or something to help me work out at home.

I have heard good things about "T-Tapps" from a client of mine, but she's already a skinny minnie!

Has anyone tried it? Is it worth the money?

Hi!

I have recently returned to T-Tapp. I started with Teresa's
program years ago after getting a subscription to Women's Fitness.
At that time I found it very effective. I skipped the measuring,
but knew I lost by the way my clothes fit. I lost 2 sizes.

Now years later I have regained, so back to the program.
She has since come out with a book that is excellent, and
gives the Total Workout instructions in detail. It comes with
a dvd with a few of the exercises.

Her videos/dvds cost more than most but for me it has been money well
spent. I restarted 2 weeks ago and already seeing results. ( I have
a waist again).

One of the drawbacks is many people feel it is boring. It is not
like a regular aerobic workout, no music and can become routine.
She now has many more dvds to choose from.

I am going to use her "bootcamps" in place of Curves. I lost a ton of
money years ago at Curves because with our severe winter weather I couldn't get there.

So I favor Teresa's program, she is an exercise physiologist and
the moves work more than one muscle group and for me have
been effective. It's a nice home program, you can join her site
for accountability check ins with other Tappers.

She also has an informative forum as well with exercises you can
try for free. Her customer service staff are excellent and for
me have been a pleasure to talk too. They have great suggestions
for your individual goals.

Good luck!

Jahra

PS __Every other month Fit Body-Women's Fitness is published and
has T-Tapp exercise instructions and often a dvd. You can find it
at your local magazine store or order it through her website.
