LA Weight Loss - Just not Hungry

I was wondering if any of you have ever just not been hungry? Seems like this past week or so I have to force myself to eat. I've been stuck the past couple of weeks and thought this may have something to do with it. Maybe it's just the hot weather we've been having the past couple of weeks. If anyone has ever felt like this, what did you do to get past it?:?:

I live in a hot climate, and sometimes find that I am just not hungry enough to bother with heating up the kitchen! Believe it or not, I have eaten a carb cravers meal---raisin bran and milk---for dinner the past two days. Cereal for dinner really hits the spot sometimes.
I understand that some of the deli meat manufacturers make a low-sodium product or two. I think some cold sliced beef or turkey, rolled up with lettuce and cheese, would be a great hot weather, no-fuss meal as well. Doesn't Boar's Head have low-sodium products?
At least the hot weather won't last for ever, so we will feel like cooking (and eating, alas) again soon.

I also juice sometimes when I don't feel like eating. Like grapefruit juice, V-8...I do like cereal for supper sometimes, too. Or I'll make a smoothie and use up my dairy and fruit - or even add some peanut butter to it to use up a protein.

Thank you for the suggestions Tina and Tracy. I think I'll try them over the weekend and into next week if this lasts. It's supposed to be 97 here over the weekend - YUCK!!
