Will you share what weight loss books that you have read that were helpful? I read the Beck's Diet Solution Book and enjoyed it. I am looking for some other good reads...any suggestions?
I haven't read it yet, but a lot of people on here have read Dr. Oz's You: On a Diet. I've read excerpts and seen a few clips on Oprah. He makes sense. I like him.
Yes, any good books out there? I also read "you on a diet" - not bad, sometimes a little heavy on the biology side of things, and his writting style got a little stale after awhile. But the messages are good.
