Hi all!
I'm Marianne, and I'm blogging my way through weight loss, my last semester of university, and all kinds of other changes to my life and lifestyle. At the heart of EVERYTHING I write about is my quest for better health.
For me, better health means dropping about 50lbs (with thanks to 3FC for the great resources and support), getting more active, eating more nutrient-dense foods, getting enough sleep, figuring out what makes me happy and improving my relationships! Whew!
It's a tough journey, but so far every bit of it is worth it.
